WHO AM I?
Hi Noreen here, a mum of two, made in Manchester and settled in the North East in 1998. I discovered Laughter Yoga in 2018 after leaning into a more holistic approach to my well being. Since then I've become a Laughter Yoga Leader, Sound Therapist and a Meditation Instructor. Recently qualifying as a Sharing Circle and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator.

Noreen is just a fantastic leader of this - she made everyone in my retreat feel at ease, she encouraged but didn't expect everyone to fully get it and slowly over the session she won even the most reluctant participants over.
