Welcome to my monthly Sound Bath Meditation sessions, bringing us together at Beamish Hall Hotel in the Shafto Hall.
I am happy to say I will now be running my monthly Soundbaths from the amazing Shafto Hall...with it's wooden features, ornate ceilings and amazing acoustics! I'm sure you will love it as much as I do and look forward to sharing healing vibrations with you in this sanctuary of peace & calm.
