Welcome to my monthly Waves Holistic Soundbath sessions, bringing us together at Holyoake Community Centre - Chester Le Street.


The session will run from 7pm until 8.30pm.


If you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments...
