March Woman's Wellness Equinox Experience

Holding space for 6 women at the Women's Wellness Equinox Experience was an absolute pleasure and a joy. A powerful day indeed co-hosting with the very lovely Lucy Padala from Holistic Healing with Lucy. Creating space for them to explore and connect with themselves on a much deeper level. Taking up space to let go and lean into emotional releases. Letting go of anything they've held onto, any limiting self-beliefs, or just the learning that they were always enough. We shared Cacao sat in circle, explored Innerdance, clearing the way for new seeds to be planted. Just absolutely divine. Look out for future happenings with the wonderful Lucy!
