It's Here At Last!
Did you know 10 mins of laughter can increase those feel-good hormones and reduce stress? Is something that you feel you need at the moment..?

I'm over the moon to be starting Laughter Yoga Wellness sessions at Escomb Village Hall in Bishop Auckland starting them in April.. so not long now before we are enjoying the uplifting health benefits from hacking into those 'feel good' 'feel great' hormones through Laughter, Breath, Movement and Play!
